[癱瘓的單身婦女求希望]

募捐数额     ：1年的醫療費用及1家2口生活费1年 - 马币 RM36，600 
生活费如下 ：RM  750（目前的屋子/电水/杂费）                   
                    ：RM   400（每個月去幾次馬大醫院拿藥及複診費用）
                    ：RM1,500【一家2口的伙食與生活用品費】
                                       【由於患者以癱瘓，必須 花費更多生活用品來維持皮膚防止皮膚受損】       
                     :  RM1,200 (每3個月進行1次的Scaning)   
以上是每个月的生活费，希望大众能多多支持。我只希望能在1年内不需每天担心連累身邊的親朋戚友。（希望能筹得一年的生活费）

本人張慶谷，今年55岁，是一名癱瘓的單身婦女。在10年前是位乳癌患者，但是已經進行切除手術。就在去年尾得知自己的癌症復發，而且還擴散至末期肺癌與末期骨癌（盘骨和脊椎骨）。就在今年4月，肺癌已進行化療也成功的完成了整個療程。但因為剛完成了肺部的化療，接下來的療程身體負荷不來，所以醫生只能用電療來控制我的癌細胞。但是在同時間醫生也告訴我的脊椎骨第12節開始被癌細胞腐蝕而慢慢退化。就在今年8月尾，我的脊椎骨終於支撐不住了而導致我終生癱瘓。目前本人已經放棄治療。因為醫生告訴我目前身體太虛弱，未必能承受的起接下來的療程。由於本人的生活己無法維持下去，在此我希望通过LOCKS OF HOPE慈善机构帮我呼吁大家捐助一些藥費與生活费。以下有單一個月的醫院收據（RM4++/月）及信件。

我會堅強的走向我人生的終點。

Monthly living expenses as follows ： RM 750 (Current house rental/electric/water/utilities)

                                                              RM 400 (Monthly travel expenses to PPUM for follow up treatment)

                                                              RM 1,500 (Meal and other living expenses)

                                                             – due to paralysis, extra expenses is needed such as adult diapers and creams or skin)

                                                             RM 1,200 (Scanning at PPUM – every 3 monthly)                              

Above is the monthly living expenses, we hope that everyone will support them. We only hope that the family don’t have to worry about living expenses within a year. (Hope that able to raise a year living expenses).

I am Chong Heng Coke, 55 years old, single lady. I am paralysed since August 201 due to cancer that has spread to my bone. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 10 years ago and has already done mastectomy. Last December, I got to know that my cancer came back, and it has spread to my lungs and bone. In April 2016, I have completed chemotherapy. My body could not sustain chemotherapy anymore. Therefore, doctor started me on radiotherapy. At the same time, I was informed that my spine was also infected by cancer cells causing it to degenerate. In August 2016, my spine has given up on me and I am paralysed. Doctor told me that my body is very weak, unsure whether my body could continue with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. I already can’t support my own living. I hope that through Locks of Hope will help me to share to the public to donate for my living expenses and also medication cost. Below are stack of hospital receipt for a month (RM 400/month) and letter from hospital.

 I will live strongly until the end of my life.
