此患者雷玉美，今年45岁，是一名家庭主婦。在3個月前得知自己患上了急性肝癌末期。但是可能天意弄人，就在被證實的1個月後，醫生再次證實患者肝腫瘤爆裂。噩夢沒有停止發生在患者身上。就在今早13/11/2016，我（阿文）被突然而來的消息嚇了一跳，患者的丈夫打來告訴我們患者已經走到人生的終點。一直以來我們都只為患者籌醫藥費來醫病，但是此患者卻等不到我們的幫助。今天我破例一次，我要為死者出一份力，好讓死者能安息。目前本人希望能讓死者家庭接下來的路能無風無浪，順順利利。
在此本人代表本機構向死者至萬份的敬意。希望大眾能為此死者盡點力，捐助一些後事費用，醫療費與生活费給此死者的至親。

We hope the public could contribute a little for the deceased, help her family; for the daughter to complete her studies; for the husband to continue living; for her to rest in peace.
Cancer patient, Mdm Looi Yoke Mei, 45 years old, housewife. 3 months ago, she was diagnosed with Acute Hepatocellular Carcinoma. 1 month after she knew that she has cancer, her imaging report shows that the tumour cells had possibility of bleeding and doctor diagnosed her Ruptured Hepatocellular Carcinoma. The nightmare never ends for her. This morning, 13/9/2016, I (Ah Mun) was frightened by a bad news. The patient’s husband called and informed us that the patient has passed away. All these while, Locks of Hope help cancer patients to raise funds for their medical expenses, but this patient couldn’t wait for our help. Today, I would like to make an exception; I would like to help the deceased so that she can rest in peace. I hope that we can help the deceased family to overcome their difficulties.
Hereby, I would like to represent Locks of Hope Association to pay the last respect to Mdm Looi. We hope that the public could lend a helping hand for the family; help in the funeral cost, medical expenses of the husband and living expenses for her beloved family.
