About Appeal

I would like to introduce my son, Gavin, I usually call him Nanak, we are knocking on your door to request for immediate assistance, Nanak has been diagnosed with severe scoliosis.

My Nanak needs a specialized brace to manage his condition and lessen the progression of his spinal curve.

The brace would cost between PHP 81,000 and 85,000, the exact amount will be determined on the fitting day at the Form and Function Rehab and Physical Therapy Clinic in Angeles, Pampanga.

We have chosen this clinic based on positive feedback, should you have any other recommendations please drop them in the comments section below or opt to DM me.

Nanak and I will travel to Angeles from September 24-28, 2024, for the treatment. Due to a series of medical events and therapies, we have exhausted our financial resources.
The Doctor suggested a corrective spine surgery. However, we are not financially or emotionally prepared (Please do send your prayers for discernment, badly need it).
For this reason, we are focusing on getting the brace as a non-surgical solution for Nanak’s immediate care.

In addition to the brace, we also need support for:
Plane Tickets- to travel to Pampanga
Accommodation- for a 3-4 day stay near the clinic to attend Nanak’s fitting and follow-up appointments
We have applied for a PWD ID from the PDAO office submitted on Aug. 21, 2024, which could help lessen some costs. It is still pending and ID issuance will be after 20 working days. The situation is time-conscious; this makes our need for immediate assistance even more urgent.

Your support, no matter the amount, will greatly help us cover these necessary expenses. Every contribution, big or small, will help secure Nanak’s brace and get him the immediate care he needs.
