My Story

Here we go! Another challenge - the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon 2024 (happening on Oct 6).

I’m advocating for equitable access to clean water, education, care, and human rights. As a person working in global health (let’s connect on LinkedIn, if we haven’t already).

For 2024, I’m partnering up with my running coach and friend Jeff Ross, who is running the 6 World Marathon Majors in 2024 (YES, SIX WORLD MAJOR MARAs... Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, NY) for 3 amazing charities:
(a) Charity: water –  We’re building a well for a village in South East Asia, providing a clean and sustainable water supply. www.charitywater.org
(b) Home of Hope – We’re providing education, care and support for adults and children from underprivileged communities affected by cancer in Malaysia. www.cancer.org.my
(c) Suka Society – We’re helping the rehabilitation process for Malaysian children that have been trafficked overseas. www.sukasociety.org
