Andre Chu is fundraising for Mother's Choice Limited

Hi! My name is Andre Chu and I'm 9 years old. My family and I have been helping out at Mother's Choice for a few years now. Mother’s Choice is a charity that helps kids without families and pregnant girls in Hong Kong. They want every child to have a loving family. Every year, lots of teenage girls have babies without any support, and many kids need families because of things like neglect, abuse, or family problems. Mother’s Choice helps these kids by providing services and trying to stop these problems before they happen.

My Story

Right now, I’m raising money to fix up one of their building, where pregnant girls live and volunteers and staff work every day. The office is really old—over 100 years! A big leak from the roof caused a lot of damage to the walls and ceilings. The roof is fixed now, but the walls and ceilings still need work. The moisture in the building is making mold grow, which isn’t safe for anyone inside. The repairs will cost $200,000.

I started this project by donating $10,603 from the money I made selling shoes with my design from Kibo x Taloha. I'm really excited about it! I hope you can help me reach my goal! Thanks a lot for your support!
