UNICEF Response to COVID-19

Around the world, UNICEF is working with governments, the World Health Organization, and UN agencies, to stop the transmission of COVID-19 and to keep children and their families safe.

In the Philippines, we are supporting the Department of Health with critical hygiene and medical supplies for hospitals and health facilities; risk communication and community engagement activities, including community-based communication, mass media and social media; and ensuring continued access to education for children not in school, including psychosocial support.
