My Story

Hi, I'm Miza from WWF-Malaysia. Are you aware our sea turtles are endangered/critically endangered? Why do we need to save them? This is because sea turtles are ancient and majestic creatures that have swum in our seas for about a million years, and they are also a source of national pride! Imagine how heart breaking it would be to have to remove turtles from our RM20 note. Ensuring their existence on this planet is our duty. WWF-Malaysia and our partners, including government agencies, communities and NGOs, are working to save our sea turtles. We need support from everyone.
