Please help us to give rural Cambodian families clean water

Jodi, Wendy, Sharon & Helen is participating in MAD Campaign: Filters for Cambodia
and is fundraising for Water for Cambodia

Bring clean water to rural villages in Cambodia! We are raising funds and joining a group of volunteers (June 2015) installing life saving BioSand water filters around Siem Reap.

My Story

Hi, thank you for visiting the fundraising page for Jodi, Wendy, Sharon and Helen. 

We are travelling to Siem Reap in June as part of a volunteer group organised by MAD where we will be installing BioSand water filters in rural communities. MAD is partnering with Water For Cambodia (WFC), a local Cambodian NGO that has already installed over 12,000 BSF type water filters in rural Cambodia. Each filter costs USD100 and is able to support one family for up to 20 years. To help raise as much money as possible for this amazing organisation, we have each chosen to undertake a 5k run / walk in the hope you will feel further inclined to sponsor us. Jodi, Wendy and Sharon will take part in the Colour My Heart Run on 24 May 2015 in KL. As Helen has now left KL and is in Muscat, Oman she will also undertake a 5k walk there, no doubt along the beach!
