Ruck, Catherine, Andy and Matt are going to attempt to complete the 100km MacLehose Trail in Hong Kong on February 5th. 100km feels quite a long way - especially when matched with over 4,366m elevation - similar to that of hiking from sea level to the Matterhorn in the Alps! We will complete the full 100km together, starting early morning on February 5th 2021 and finishing in the early hours of the next day.

We are raising funds for 2 local charities in Hong Kong that are close to our hearts. Donations raised will be split equally between these 2 charities.

Mind HK is committed to improving awareness and understanding of mental health in Hong Kong. Through collaborative research, Mind HK is leading the way in understanding mental health problems in the city and providing its population with the right support and resources. Mother's Choice is a local charity serving the many children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong. Mother's Choice joins hands with our HK community to give hope and change the life stories of vulnerable girls and babies. This charity provides services to children, youth, and families in Hong Kong, all united with the goal of seeing every child in a loving family.
