My Story

Thank you for visiting this page. On January 25th 2015, I will be running my first 10K Marathon in Hong Kong to fundraise and raise awareness for Viva "We believe that a network of community organisations and churches, locally focused and united in purpose, is the best possible vehicle for bringing lasting change for children. Through 35 partner networks we are increasing the unity, quality and impact of work for children at risk, our joint action training 23,000 caregivers and changing the lives of over 987,000 children." I believe in the work of Viva and so have decided to support them through this run. Please check out their website http://hk.viva.org/home.aspx to learn more about their work. Why Run? Because I'm called to "Run the Race Set Before Us" inspired by the Bible Verse Hebrews 12:1 Since I was a young child, I already knew a heart for children was deposited into my heart and I am called to live that out, to live a life that will be an influence to children of the world, especially children who are vulnerable and at risk. Over the years, I've had different opportunities to be a part of that, to love, to give, to teach, to simply be a light and life to children, who are often marginilized, forgotten, or abandaon by society. But I have also been loved and inspired by them along the way. Entering into my 30th on January 24th, 2015, I continue with this journey. I invite you to be a part of it. Your partnership and encouragement would mean so much not only to me but to each child that will be impacted through your giving.
