My Story

The Spastic Children’s Association of Johor(SCAJB) is a association supporting children and young adults with cerebral palsy. The children at SCAJB need a better library with resources that are more appropriate to their developmental needs. We believe that with your support, we can get them the right books to help them along on their learning journey! This donation portal is meant for you kind folks that would like to donate funds to support the children's learning through: - purchasing the books/educational material - refurbishing the library & IT room Thank you for your kind support! Laura & Celeste What SCAJB Needs: Books: • Touch & feel books • Flashcards • Big colourful board books with simple stories • Early learning reading series Library: • Decorations for the library (e.g. wall paper, shelves, playmats, colourful toys) IT room: Adaptive-keyboards Ergonomic chairs *The Spastic Children's Association of Johor (SCAJB) was formed in 1967 and caters to the special needs of children afflicted with Cerebral Palsy. Volunteers from Barclays have been involved with the charity since 2012 and their efforts were recognized when we selected as a finalist in the 2013 Citizenship Awards.
