My Story

Unfortunately, the situation in Lebanon has deteriorated over the last 24 hours. Our friends and family are supporting displaced families and those in need, particularly in Omar's hometown, where many have sought refuge from Beirut and other areas. The displaced are currently being sheltered in the school that Omar attended. Many of us feel fear and frustration as we long for stability and peace. Despite the chaos, there’s a strong sense of resilience among the people, who continue to support one another through these trying times. If you know Omar, you know how deeply caring he is. His family, friends, and country are facing a critical situation. We don’t often ask for help, but we urge you to understand the gravity of what’s happening in the world, including the genocide occurring in Palestine and Lebanon now. The U.S. is funding and supporting Israel to do as they please to innocent lives. Please stand with those who are suffering and seek information from reliable sources. We urge anyone who wants to help the people of Lebanon to consider donating to those on the ground who are providing crucial assistance to those in greatest need.
