My Story

In 2014 - I started raising funds for this amazing cause that a dear friend started out of the goodness of her heart to help provide clean water for families in Siem Reap. Unfortunately I allowed life to get in the way and never got to finish what I started.

Lesson learned: One can’t be too busy to be better.

Fast forward a few years, priorities have changed and a wee bit wiser, I am restarting this campaign to redeem myself.. so I will be heading to Siem Reap in August 2018 to do my bit in installing these life saving water filters. It may not be much on my part but it is one step further than the one I took yesterday.

No doubt that clean water is a necessity. For I have been blessed with it, there are families in Cambodia that do not have access to it. The cost of one filter is USD 100 and this will provide one family with access to safe drinking water for about 15 years. I have extended my 2018 goal to help at least ten families.
