Move For Hope is a fundraising initiative to provide refugees in KL with better access to online education.

This campaign is in aid of HOPE LEARNING CENTRE, a refugee school in KL accommodating students aged between 3-16 years old. There are 77 refugee children from 54 refugee families.

THE PROBLEM?
The students have no proper internet connection installed within their homes and have to resort to attending online classes through their phones using free data plans.

WE REACHED OUR BIG GOAL!
Now that we have reached our big goal of raising 100,000RM and can provide all 54 families with WiFi access, we have raised the goal to 150,000RM. With all the excess funds, we will be providing scholarships to refugee students who are unable to afford school fees, as well as getting school essentials such as desks, stationary and monitors and improving the infrastructure of the school!

OUR BIG GOAL
Move For Hope is a fundraising campaign with a mission of RAISING RM100, 000 To provide a year's worth of internet for 54 REFUGEE FAMILIES of students enrolled at Hope Learning Centre. We want to support the children in having access to education for the rest of 2021.

OUR TARGET & AIM
PRIMARY TARGET: TO RAISE 70% OF OUR GOAL TOTALED AT RM70, 000
When? By end of March/mid April
This gets internet access for 36 families (60 refugee children) enrolled for the first school term in 2021.

SECONDARY TARGET: TO RAISE REMAINING 30% OF OUR GOAL TOTALED AT RM30, 000
When? Mid April - may
This supports the remaining 18 families with internet access so their children can continue their education online.

MOVE WITH US ONLINE!
Join various online classes by our team of kick-ass instructors from yoga classes, to spin, dance, movement, strength and more! We have been working with leading members in the fitness industry to bring you classes scheduled throughout the months of February and March!

• Minimum donation of RM30 per session

• Classes are conducted via Zoom

• Classes take place until March 15th
